Lucy Lewis is a professional Chef and Pastry Chef who has worked for over 20 years in some of the world’s most recognised restaurants, such as Catalina Restaurant, several of Luke Mangan’s establishments and Peacock Alley, an Irish Michelin starred restaurant. She has been involved in Masterchef Australia and My Kitchen Rules, recipe testing, developing and cooking for photo shoots, cookbooks and magazines including Murdoch Books, Feast Magazine and the Neil Perry Recipe Section in the Sydney Morning Herald’s.
Lucy’s Foods was established in early 2015, turning a bunch of figs into a paste which were offered to friends. Then went on to develop more fruit paste flavours and move the production in the heart of Barossa Valley.
