This classic cheese is made in Eastern France, near the Jura Mountains.
Creamy, smooth and flavourful, it is enclosed in a traditional mouldy, bloomy rind with subtle cream and hazelnut flavours.
This cheese is a slower ripener which makes it great for buffets and cheese rooms.
