Rians Cabécou du Périgord

Cabécou literally means “little goat”. This cheese is made in Périgord, a region in the south west of France. It has a smooth and fine rind, with a subtle, nutty flavour. It works well with lightly toasted bread, or eaten warm with a salad or with duck.
