Bisol Valdobbiadene Extra Brut Traditional Metod Relio 2009

Relio was the affectionate nickname of Aurelio Bisol. Relio was esteemed and loved for his larger than life character, a man who dedicated his entire life to the vine, creating an exceptional symbiosis with the vineyards of the Bisol family.

The Glera grape variety that is the soul of this wine is traditionally nurtured in our hills. The objective of this product which we have dedicated 25 years to, first of all with Eliseo and then with Desiderio, is an attempt to reach the difficult balance between the aromas of the primary grape variety and the tertiary aromas i.e. between the classical fruitiness of Prosecco and the nuances of the yeasts and its lysis. The art of preparing the dosage, perfected over 50 years, further identifies the ties between Relio and Bisol.

The color is an intense straw yellow with golden hues.

The perlage is lively, persistent and extremely fine.

The bouquet commences with a breadcrust character from the evolution in the bottle, with delicate notes of mature fruit and dried flowers.

The flavor is sapid, full and balanced with a long mineral note integrated with extreme delicacy.
