e grape harvest, which is slightly late compared to the surrounding areas, allows the bunches to fully ripen, permitting the grapes to reach an excel- lent level of quality. Salis with its fruity notes has a particularly strong avour and is suitable for pu – pastry desserts and exotic fruit.
